Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AdLens browser extensions (AdSnap, TikTok Ad Spy) and the adlens.me website, operated by Onenly Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AdLens provides browser extensions that allow users to browse Facebook Ad Library and TikTok ads and save them to their personal Google Sheets for research purposes.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide a valid email address to use the service
You must be at least 13 years old to use AdLens
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

AdLens offers the following plans:

Free — 10 ads per month, limited features
Starter ($3/month) — 50 ads per month
Pro ($7/3 months) — 200 ads per month, video download, all presets
Unlimited ($25/year) — unlimited ads, all features

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the extension
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to abuse the service or exceed plan limits
Resell or sublicense access to the service

5. Google Services

Our extensions use Google Sheets API to write data to your personal Google Drive. By connecting your Google account, you authorize AdLens to create and write to Google Sheets on your behalf. We do not access, read, or store any other data from your Google account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding associated with AdLens are the intellectual property of Onenly Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AdLens is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Facebook and TikTok may change their platforms at any time, which may affect the functionality of our extensions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onenly Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
